A Year in Photo - Day 121

Picking the pin bones out of a salmon fillet that Steve caught last month. Thankfully he's also a great barbecuer because oh man was it good, so good that forgot to take a photo of it after it was cooked. The difference in flavour between the fish we caught and the "fish" we buy...well there is no comparison!
