♫ Blinded by the light....…♫
With my Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) diagnosis, the cloudy, gloomy Kelowna winter upon us, and a few bad days this week....it's happy light time.
I don't particularly like sitting in front of it, and I'm not sure that it makes a big difference, but if helps my mood and my anxiety even a little bit, I'll take it.
